Are you starting the New Year off right by eating healthy? I know I am trying to. Exercising like cardio or strength training is already hard enough but finding the right foods to eat can be even harder.
While there are many diets you can do such as Keto, Weight Watchers, etc., sometimes I think it really boils down to what you put in your body. A healthy lifestyle of 80% healthy foods and 20% exercise is more realistic than trying to stick to a diet.
It may be a slower process but well worth it in the long run and more promising to keep at it. I have compiled a list of my 25 favorite Healthy Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Appetizers, and Dessert to help you get started to kick off the new year right.
