All you need is 10 minutes to get toned legs with this 10 minute leg workout. The workout is simple to follow and I have seen results in as little as 2 weeks. You will notice that you legs will look and feel toned if you follow this plan 3-4 times a week.

You can use the stairs at your local gym, school stadium, or at home but make sure you only use 24 steps. Unless you want more of a challenge you can do more. If you are using your home stairs you may need to double up on the reps depending on how many steps you have.

  1. Single Steps: Start by running up each single step and running down each single step counting that as one set. Repeat 7 times.skipping-steps
  2. Every Other Step: Run up the steps by skipping over one and running down on each single step counting that as one set. Repeat 7 times.crossover
  3. Crossover: Turn sideways and crossover one foot in front of the other going up each single step and running down each single step. Switch sides and crossover one foot in front of the other going up each single step and running down each single step. Repeat 7 times on each side.
  4. Cool down: Walk for 5 minutes to get your heart rate back down.
