    Green Hawaiian Cocktail Ingredients

    • Rum: I used Malibu rum in this recipe for the coconut flavor. If you don’t have Malibu, you can substitute with any coconut-flavored rum.
    • Pineapple Juice: You can use fresh or canned pineapple juice, whichever you prefer.
    • Blue Curacao: This is used to give the cocktail its vibrant green color and orange flavor. If you don’t have blue curaçao, you can use triple sec or orange liqueur instead and blue food coloring.
    • Sprite: Or any brand of lemon-lime soda can be used.

    FAQs

Can I use regular rum instead of Malibu rum for this cocktail?

While Malibu rum adds a distinct coconut flavor to the Green Hawaiian Cocktail, you can substitute it with another coconut-flavored rum or even regular white rum for a different taste.

Can I make this cocktail in advance for a party?

It’s best to prepare the components separately and layer them just before serving to maintain the vibrant colors and flavors of the drink.
