These Valentine Teddy Grahams are a cute way to share sweet messages to someone special. Perfect for a classroom party or as a cute and delicious snack.
I cannot get over the cuteness from these conversation heart bears. They are a fun twist to the classic Teddy Grahams snack.
Instead of the usual bear shape, these Teddy Grahams have a conversation heart stuck to them with different messages written on them.
I love having them on hand as a quick snack, but picture how adorable they’d be as a treat bag for a classroom party – with a Valentine attached and secured with a ribbon!

What You Need & Variations
- Teddy Grahams: Use regular size, not minis. I used regular honey flavor but you can switch it up with chocolate, cinnamon or chocolate chip.
- Conversation heart candies: Use the small size hearts for them to fit. You could also use Sour Patch or Sweet Tarts conversation hearts.
- White chocolate chips: This will be the glue for the conversation hearts. You could use frosting but it will take longer to dry.
How to Make Valentine Teddy Grahams
Line your countertop with parchment. Lay out the Teddy Grahams on top.
In a small bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and set aside.
Pipe a small dot of melted chocolate on the tummy of each bear and place a conversation heart on top. Gently press for a few seconds to adhere.
Allow to dry for about 10 minutes. Bag them up for Valentine’s day parties or enjoy as a snack.
Recipe Tips
- Use bears that are fully intact and not missing any pieces.
- Work fast as the chocolate will harden quickly. If this happen you can repeat the process of melting chocolate and adding to piping bag.
- These would also be a great addition to a Valentine’s Day candy board.
How to Store
Decorated bears can be stored in an airtight container on the countertop for about a week.
