This Strawberry Soda Cake is a delightful twist on a classic dessert, incorporating the refreshing flavor of strawberries and cream soda.

Did you know that you can make a cake with just soda? It’s true! With only two ingredients, you can whip up a delicious cake in no time.
Forget about eggs, butter, and oil. All you need is a can of soda and some cake mix, and you’re good to go.
Making a soda cake is incredibly quick and easy. With its minimal ingredients and steps, you’ll have a cake ready in a flash. The best part is that using soda instead of the traditional ingredients gives the cake a unique flavor and texture.
Personally, I had never tried making a soda cake before, but I was eager to experiment with the new Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream soda. It’s been flying off the shelves, and when I finally got my hands on some, I knew it was time to put it to the test.
According to my kids, the cake tasted reminiscent of a Jello poke cake, but without the Jello. It turned out incredibly moist and delicious. Not bad at all for just adding one ingredient to the cake mix.
Now, I did mention that this recipe only requires two ingredients for the cake itself. However, if you’d like to decorate it, there are some optional ingredients you can add. I topped mine off with a tub of Cool Whip and some sliced strawberries, but feel free to get creative.
The cake is delicious on its own, but the extra toppings make it even more visually appealing and tasty.
