    How to Make Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

    Step 1: Prep. Preheat oven 350° F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

    Step 2: Prepare batter. In a medium size bowl combine, ¾ sugar, flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix together until combined but don’t over mix. Add in the milk, butter and vanilla and mix together. Spread batter in prepared 8×8 baking dish.

    Step 3: Prepare topping. In a small bowl combine, ½ cup sugar, brown sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder and mix. Sprinkle mixture evenly over top of batter. Pour hot water over the top of the batter evenly. Do not stir.

    Step 4: Bake and enjoy. Bake 35 minutes. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy!
