Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Satisfy your sweet tooth with the heavenly Hot Fudge Pudding Cake, a decadent dessert that will have you hooked from the first bite.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup butter melted
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ¼ cup hot water
Instructions
- Step 1: Prep. Preheat oven 350° F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare batter. In a medium size bowl combine, ¾ sugar, flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix together until combined but don't over mix. Add in the milk, butter and vanilla and mix together. Spread batter in prepared 8x8 baking dish.
Step 3: Prepare topping. In a small bowl combine, ½ cup sugar, brown sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder and mix. Sprinkle mixture evenly over top of batter. Pour hot water over the top of the batter evenly. Do not stir.
Step 4: Bake and enjoy. Bake 35 minutes. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy!
