    How to Make Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Start by preparing the sliders. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise (without pulling apart), creating a top and bottom bun.

    Lay the bottom half of the rolls in an 8X8 baking dish.

    Add a layer of scrambled eggs, then sausage and cheese.

    Place the top buns over the fillings.

    In a small bowl, melt some butter and mix in garlic powder.

    Use a pastry brush to generously spread the mixture over each slider bun. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Bake for about 15-20 or until heated through and cheese is melted.

    Serve hot and enjoy!

    Note: For this recipe I used the 9 pack of Hawaiian rolls and an 8×8 baking dish. For a 12 pack of rolls use a 9×13 baking dish.

    • Can place in the toaster oven (or conventional oven) for 6-8 minutes.
    • Save on time by using pre-cooked ingredients such as sausage or bacon.
    • Keep an eye on the sliders while they are oven to make sure they don’t brown too quickly. If so, cover with foil.

    Storing & Reheating

    • To Store: Place leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • To Freeze: Wrap individually with plastic wrap or parchment paper and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw out in fridge overnight.
    • To Reheat: Place on a microwave safe dish and reheat to desired temperature.

    What to Serve with Breakfast Sliders

    Fresh Fruit: A colorful bowl of sliced strawberries, blueberries, melon or your favorite fruit for a healthy option.
