Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders

These Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are layered with fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage and melted cheese for a delicious breakfast on the go!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 6 Large Eggs Scrambled
  • 5 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise (without pulling apart), creating a top and bottom bun.
  • Lay the bottom half of the rolls in an 8X8 baking dish.
  • Add a layer of scrambled eggs, then sausage and cheese.
  • Place the top buns over the fillings.
  • In a small bowl, melt some butter and mix in garlic powder.
  • Use a pastry brush to generously spread the mixture over each slider bun. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for about 15-20 or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

    • To Store: Place leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • To Freeze: Wrap individually with plastic wrap or parchment paper and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw out in fridge overnight.
    • To Reheat: Place on a microwave safe dish and reheat to desired temperature.
 
Note: For this recipe I used the 9 pack of Hawaiian rolls and an 8x8 baking dish. For a 12 pack of rolls use a 9x13 baking dish.
