Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders
These Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are layered with fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage and melted cheese for a delicious breakfast on the go!

- 8 oz Ground Breakfast Sausage
- 6 Large Eggs Scrambled
- 5 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise (without pulling apart), creating a top and bottom bun.
Lay the bottom half of the rolls in an 8X8 baking dish.
Add a layer of scrambled eggs, then sausage and cheese.
Place the top buns over the fillings.
In a small bowl, melt some butter and mix in garlic powder.
Use a pastry brush to generously spread the mixture over each slider bun. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 15-20 or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!

- To Store: Place leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

- To Freeze: Wrap individually with plastic wrap or parchment paper and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw out in fridge overnight.

- To Reheat: Place on a microwave safe dish and reheat to desired temperature.
Note: For this recipe I used the 9 pack of Hawaiian rolls and an 8x8 baking dish. For a 12 pack of rolls use a 9x13 baking dish.
