Can you Freeze Turkey Chili?
Yes, you can freeze turkey chili! It freezes quite well. To do so, allow the soup to cool down completely and place in an airtight container or freezer bag and store in freezer for 4-6 months. To reheat, thaw turkey chili overnight in fridge and heat in the microwave or on the stovetop.

Recipe Tips & Variations
- You can substitute turkey for different meats such as lean beef, pork, sausage, etc. Point will vary depending on meat.
- Make it vegetarian by omitting the meat from the chili and add more veggies such as green peppers and such.
- Reduce the sodium but using reduced sodium canned foods instead of regular canned goods.
- Can also make this in a slow cooker by browning the meat first in a pan and then throwing everything in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- This recipe is 7 points per severing when served alone. Add more points if you serve it with fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese or serve with oyster crackers.
