These Weight Watchers Cool Whip Cookies are the easiest cookies to make with just 4 ingredients that are light and fluffy and only 3 Weight Watcher points per cookie!
Lately all I’ve been wanting to do is bake. I’ve gone through a series of baking desserts and I think this one is my favorite. I mean you can’t go wrong with just 4 ingredients and you can change it up every time you make it with a different flavor cake mix.
I love making a big batch of these Weight Watchers cookies to have on hand when I get a sweets craving. Since they are only 3 points, I never feel guilty about. Just make sure you leave a few points for those just in case moments.
Easy and Light Cookies
WW – 3 points per cookie
This recipe makes super soft on the inside, slightly crunchy on the outside cookies that are sweet and hit the spot when you’re on WW and don’t have a lot of points to spare. These yummy treats are only 3 points for one or 2 for 6 points!
Cool Whip Cookies Ingredients
1 box of sugar free cake mix (any flavor)
8oz. Of fat free cool whip (take the lid off and allow to sit on counter for about 10 minutes)
1 egg
⅓ cup of powdered sugar
How to Make Cool Whip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Measure out your powdered sugar and place in a small bowl, set aside.
In a large bowl mix together cake mix, cool whip and egg using a mixer. The texture can be thick and slightly sticky so using a mixer makes it much easier to handle.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Using a cookie scoop, scoop one ball of dough into the powdered sugar. Roll around and form a ball. Place onto cookie sheet. Repeat until you have 24 cookies.
Bake in the oven 10-14 minutes. The edges will be slightly brown. For my oven 13 minutes was the magic number.
Serve warm . Edges and bottom will be slightly crisp and the inside will be super soft.
Cool Whip Cookie Variations
There are endless possibilities with these cool whip cookies and how you can make them. If you want a different flavor just use a different flavor sugar free cake mix or you can an extract flavor to a plain sugar free cake mix.
Can you Freeze Cool Whip Cookies?
Yes, these cookies do freeze well. Make sure to place parchment paper between the layers so the cookies don’t stick.

You are wasting points by making these with powdered sugar. Just throw Swerve in the blender to make powdered sugar. It measures cup for cup.
