    When school is back in session and life gets busy, crock pot recipes are my lifeline. Amidst the chaos of schedules, finding time to prepare dinner becomes a challenge.

    Thankfully, the crock pot comes to the rescue. Just toss in the ingredients before heading out the door in the morning, and by evening, you’ll have a delicious dinner ready to be enjoyed.

    It’s no wonder I find myself relying on crock pot meals week after week like this Caesar chicken. The slow cooking process melds the tender, juicy chicken with creamy Caesar dressing, infusing each bite with a blend of rich, savory flavors.

    And what’s great about this recipe is that it is good the next day. So if you have leftovers, you can heat them up for lunch.

    • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • Chicken broth
    • Caesar salad dressing
    • Shredded parmesan cheese

    How to Make Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

    Add chicken to the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour chicken broth then casear dressing over top.

    Place the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

    Shred the chicken and add 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese and stir in till melted.

    Pile the shredded chicken on the soft buns, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the sandwiches and add romaine lettuce.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 2 cups caesar salad dressing
    • 1 ½ cups shredded parmesan cheese
