Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

These Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches, filled with tender chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and romaine lettuce, guarantee a crowd-pleasing dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups caesar salad dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 6 brioche buns
  • Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • Add chicken to the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour chicken broth then casear dressing over top.
  • Place the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and add 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese and stir in till melted.
  • Pile the shredded chicken on the soft buns, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the sandwiches and add romaine lettuce.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • To Store: Place leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • To Freeze: Place in a freezer safe bag or container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw in fridge overnight before reheating and serving.
  • To Reheat: Place on a microwave safe bowl and reheat to desired temperature.
