This Royal Peach Cocktail is going to be your favorite summer drink. Deliciously sweet and refreshing!

It’s summer, which means it’s time to fire up the grill, head to the beach, and enjoy some refreshing drinks with friends and family. One great option for those warm summer days? The Royal Peach Cocktail—a delicious drink that only takes five minutes to make!

I’m excited to share the recipe for one of my favorite cocktails. It’s one that I’ve been sipping on lately and so easy to make.

The key to making this great tasting peach cocktail is in the whiskey. I used Crown Royal Peach whiskey for my recipe, but you could use any brand of peach whiskey you wish. The subtle hints of sweet and sour blended with a strong whiskey flavor make this cocktail one you’ll want to sip on all day long.

    What is Crown Royal Peach?

Crown Royal Peach Whiskey combines the smooth, distinctive taste of Crown Royal Canadian whisky with the irresistible essence of ripe, juicy peaches to create this smooth, indulgent spirit. With a hint of sweetness and just enough spice to add character, this Peach Whiskey brings together two classic tastes to craft an unforgettable drinking experience that’s perfect any time you want to relax and unwind.

Which Sodas are Good to Mix with Peach Crown?

For this recipe I mixed Sprite with Peach Crown. Other sodas that mix well would be 7UP, cream soda and ginger ale.

    Recipe Variations

The great thing about cocktails is they’re designed to be easy and flexible! Here are a few variations on the recipe.

    • Make it as strong or weak as you like depending on your taste.
    • If you don’t have Crown Royal Peach on hand, try another brand of peach whiskey. Jim Beam, Bird Dog and Whiskey Smith make one.
    • Garnish it, too, if you like; a peach slice will add extra flavor and flair to your drink, but it’s not necessary. You could even ditch the fruit juice altogether and just drink it straight up, if that’s what you prefer!
    • Try adding some lime juice to make it more tart.
    • Swap out the peach schnapps with rum if you want to make it less sweet and more boozy.
    • If you are serving more, double or triple the recipe.

Tips for the Perfect Royal Peach Cocktail

    Choose the Right Glass

The shape of your glass can affect how much you drink in one sitting. Instead of filling a wide, short tumbler, use a tall narrow glass to reduce your consumption by 25%. To add variety to your drinking experience, choose glasses that reflect each drink’s flavor and temperature. For example, on a hot summer day enjoy your iced tea from a tall thin glass to maximize both flavor and cooling sensations.

    Ice Matters

A chilled cocktail is essential to any great drink. Add as many ice cubes as you desire to this drink to keep it smooth tasting.

    Shake (Not Stir!)

Shaking your cocktail instead of stirring it creates a frothy, foamy texture that’s a nice complement to peach-flavored cocktails. If you’re shaking, use plenty of ice and shake vigorously. It’s also important to pour slowly so as not to lose all your precious bubbles.

    Royal Peach Cocktail Ingredients

    ½ ounce Cranberry Juice
    ½ ounce Pineapple Juice
    1 ounce Peach Schnapps
    1 ounce Crown Royal Peach
    2 ounces Sprite
    Ice Cubes
    Mint Leaves (Garnish)
    Peach Slices (Garnish)

How to Make a Royal Peach Cocktail

Add ice cubes about halfway in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the Crown Royal Peach & Peach Schnapps. Then, add the cranberry juice, pineapple juice and sprite. Shake well until combined.

Let the shaker sit for a few seconds before opening. Pour into a glass with ice.

Garnish with peach slices and mint leaves if desired. Cheers!

Hello! I’m doing a last minute birthday brunch tomorrow for my daughter. I want to make the Royal Peach Cocktail. I have most all of the ingredients except Sprite and pineapple juice. My question is how big of a deal is it if I omit the pineapple juice? Will it be noticeable? I’m allergic to them.
