This Corona Sunrise Cocktail is a delicious refreshing summer drink that has the perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors that’s worth all the hype!
The weather is getting warmer summer is getting near and that means more time on the patio, cookouts, drinking and being outside more. Last summer my Beach Bucket Cocktail was a hit and a TikTok viral trend and this year we have a new TikTok trend called the Corona Sunrise aka Mexican Sunrise drink.
These are the perfect drinks for the summer by the pool and goes good with pizza and wings. If you’re not a beer drinker this drink may change your mind. It’s not too sweet and the tequila isn’t strong. The flavor combinations eliminates the beer taste for a more fruiter taste. There’s a reason why this cocktail is going viral you you’ll see why when you make it. Everything is made right in the bottle so need need to dirty any dishes! Cheers!
Recipe Tips & Variations
- Swap out orange juice for pineapple juice.
- Instead of the lime juice, add a shot of Bacardi Lime.
- Try vodka instead of tequila.
- Use different syrups such as raspberry syrup for a different taste.
- I would suggest using no pulp orange juice for this recipe to avoid the stringy content unless you prefer the pulp in your drinks.
