This American Flag Fruit Cookie Pizza is a fun and festive way to celebrate any patriotic holiday. Make with a soft sugar cookie base, a creamy topping and fresh fruit, its a delicious dessert everyone will love.

Every patriotic holiday needs a red, white and blue dessert and this one never disappoints. I originally got the idea from my American Flag Fruit Platter, and once I turned it into a cookie pizza, it quickly became a family favorite.
I love bringing this fruit cookie pizza to parties because it’s easy to transport and can feed a large crowd. The blend of sweet cookie, creamy topping and fresh fruit makes everyone want seconds but no worries, there’s usually plenty to go around. You can also cut it into smaller squares to stretch it even further for large gatherings.
