These spooky, Raw Meat Rice Krispies Halloween Treats are perfect for a party! They’re easy to make, and they’re sure to be a hit with your guests!
It’s that time of year again, when we’re all watching horror movies and getting ready for Halloween. But Halloween isn’t just about the creepy decorations and costumes – there are plenty of delicious treats to fill up on while you’re mingling at a Halloween party!
One of our favorites are these easy-peasy (and totally spooky!) Raw Meat Rice Krispies Treats.
Be warned though, these treats are not for the faint of heart but fun to make, just like these gruesome bloody intestines cinnamon rolls!
What You Will Need
- Rice Krispies cereal
- Marshmallows
- Butter
- Styrofoam meat trays
- Cling wrap
- Chocolate syrup
- Red food gel
- Raw meat rice krispies labels
How to Make Halloween Rice Krispies
Step One: Melt the mixture. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat until fully melted. Add the marshmallows to the pot and stir to coat with butter. Continue stirring until all marshmallows have completely melted.
Step Two: Combine rice krispies with mixture. Remove pot from heat and pour in the crispy rice cereal. Stir cereal into marshmallow mixture until fully incorporated.
Step Three: Add color. Add in red food gel and mix together until fully coated. I also added a bit of chocolate syrup to get the darker blood red color.
Step Four: Prepare the meat trays. Mix chocolate syrup and some red food gel in a small bowl till you get a dark blood red color. Drizzle on styrofoam meat trays and smear.
Step Five: Make the raw meat patties. Form the “meat” into patties or one large meat pile onto the meat trays.
Step Six: Cover and label: Wrap with cling wrap and add a raw meat label. Serve and enjoy!
