Make the chocolate pudding. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mixes and milk. Add ¼ of the cool whip (about 4 ounces) to the pudding mixture, and whisk to combine. Set aside.
Assemble the trifle. Add a layer of half of the brownies to the bottom of the trifle bowl. Then, sprinkle ⅓ of the crushed Oreos over top. Spoon in about half of the pudding mixture, and smooth out evenly. Add half of the remaining cool whip, and smooth out evenly. Repeat with another layer using the remaining ingredients and top with crushed Oreo cookies.
