Can you have tomatoes on keto?

Yes, you can as they are a keto approved fruit. They have about 4 grams of carbs per half cup. They are also low in sugar at about 2 grams per half cup. They also have fiber and other nutrients that you definitely need in your diet and may lack from the keto diet. While they are keto friendly you should eat in moderation just like anything else and track your calories to stay on track.
