    Keto Taco Ring

    As you gear up for the big game gather the essentials you need to make this keto taco ring. It will guarantee make all of your low carb friends happy on Super Bowl Sunday. This appetizer was easy to make using Joseph’s Lavish bread coming in at at 5 net carbs per 2 servings but another option would be making this with fathead dough. However you make I know this will be a hit at your next party so enjoy!

    Note: Feel free to add or more toppings as long as they are keto approved. You can also serve salsa and guacamole on the side for more options to your guests.

    Keto Taco Ring

    Ingredients for Keto Taco Ring

    1 package of Joseph Lavish bread
    Keto taco seasoning (see below for ingredients)
    Shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb ground beef
    1 bag shredded lettuce
    ½ cup water
    Sliced black olives
    2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
    Sour cream
    Jalapenos (optional)

    Ingredients for Keto Taco Seasoning 

    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    ½ tsp garlic powder
    ¼ tsp onion powder
    ¼ tsp ground red pepper
    ½ tsp paprika
    1 tsp salt

    Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add all keto taco seasonings together and mix in with meat and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Cut the Joseph Lavish bread into triangles Start with one to make a template and then cut the rest using the template so they are all the same size. Arrange triangles in ring overlapping each other so it looks like the sun.

    Place the meat on the inner part of the ring and sprinkle with cheese. Pull each triangle up and over tucking it back under bottom layer. Repeat all the way around the ring. 

    Brush the top of the ring (lavish bread) with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes. 

    Add toppings in the middle such as lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives and sour cream. Serve immediately!
