1package of Joseph Lavish bread
Keto taco seasoningsee below for ingredients
Shredded cheddar cheese
1lbground beef1 bag shredded lettuce
½cupwater
Sliced black olives
2Roma tomatoessliced
Sour cream
Jalapenosoptional
Ingredients for Keto Taco Seasoning
1tbspchili powder
1tbspground cumin
½tspgarlic powder
¼tsponion powder
¼tspground red pepper
½tsppaprika
1tspsalt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add all keto taco seasonings together and mix in with meat and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the Joseph Lavish bread into triangles Start with one to make a template and then cut the rest using the template so they are all the same size. Arrange triangles in ring overlapping each other so it looks like the sun.
Place the meat on the inner part of the ring and sprinkle with cheese. Pull each triangle up and over tucking it back under bottom layer. Repeat all the way around the ring.
Brush the top of the ring (lavish bread) with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
Add toppings in the middle such as lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives and sour cream. Feel free to add more toppings as long as they are keto approved. Serve immediately!
