    • Heavy Cream – This will help thicken the gravy as we cant use flour as a thickening agent.

    How to Make Keto Sausage Biscuits & Gravy

    Make Biscuits

    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 
    • Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
    • In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter in the microwave.
    • Set aside to cool. 
    • In a medium bowl, add almond flour and baking powder.
    • In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and mix with melted butter. 
    • Combine wet and dry ingredients in one bowl and mix them together.
    • Mix in shredded cheese until fully combined. 
    • Pour batter evenly into a cupcake pan and bake for 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
    • Set aside and allow to cool.

    Make Sausage Gravy

    • In a pan, brown sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. (do not drain pork fat).
    • Add ½ cup of heavy cream and stir till it thickens in the pan. 
    • Add cream cheese and mix together. Once mixed, turn off the heat.

    Assemble

    Slice biscuits in half and put on a plate sliced side facing up. Top biscuits with sausage and gravy mixture and enjoy.
