What is Everything But the Bagel Seasoning?

If you have not tried Everything But the Bagel Seasoning you are missing out. It is seriously good on literally everything.  You can get the seasoning from here but if you don’t have the Everything Seasoning on hand you can make your own with Poppy Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Black Sesame Seeds, Flaked Sea Salt, Minced Dried Onion, and Minced Dried Garlic.

Ingredients

1 keto bagel (see recipe here)
1 piece of bacon
1 slice of cheese
1 egg
Dash of Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

How to Make a Keto Breakfast Sandwich

Make Keto Everything Bagels first using this recipe.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

When ready, place bagel inside to warm for about 5 minutes while you cook your bacon and egg. Cook 1 piece of bacon until desired crispiness.

Fry 1 egg in a pat of butter until desired cook through. I did not flip the egg, but I made sure to cook it longer.

Pull warm bagel out of oven, place on plate and put your slice of cheese on, bacon and egg. Enjoy!
