Can you freeze keto pancakes?
Yes, you can make these keto pancakes ahead of time and freeze them. To do so, make a batch or two of the pancakes, let cool and then place in a freezer bag with a piece of parchment paper in between each pancake. When you’re ready to eat you can either thaw out the night before or just stick them in the microwave for a few seconds.
What flour do I use to make keto pancakes?
The best flour to use to make keto pancakes is almond flour. It make them fluffy and tastes good but if you can’t have almond flour, you can substitute for coconut flour. My favorite almond flour is the Blue Diamond brand and for coconut flour is Anthony’s Premium Organic brand.
What toppings can I put on keto pancakes?
Besides keto friendly syrup and butter there are other toppings you can add to your pancakes. Some suggestions would be all-natural peanut butter, bacon or berries. Just make sure to portion control and count them in your macros.
