    fall charcuterie board

Charcuterie boards are always the star of the show at any gathering, and I love making them for every season, from Christmas to Halloween. The warm fall colors of rich oranges, reds, and browns—make it extra festive.

With a delicious mix of cheeses, meats, crackers, dips, and treats, this autumn board is perfect for Friendsgiving or any fall celebration. To save on time I prepped everything the night before and snagged all the ingredients from Aldi to keep it budget-friendly!

    Fall Board Ingredients

This is what I used for our fall board but you can customize it to your liking.

    • Meats: Genoa Salame, Italian dry Salame, Calabrese Salame, turkey sausage bites
    • Cheeses: Mild cheddar cheese cubes, Colby cheese slices, pepper jack cheese slices
    • Snacks: Glazed pecans, cornichons, stuffed peppers
    • Sweet Treats: Belgian chocolate apples, dark chocolate cold brew caramels, apple chocolate clusters, creme filled pumpkin spice wafer rolls, candy corn
    • Crackers: Rosemary pumpkin artisan crackers
    • Breads: Grilled crostini toasts
    • Dips: Roasted red pepper and artichoke dip

How to Assemble a Fall Charcuterie Board

    square charcuterie board

Choose a board. I chose a square charcuterie board also found from Aldi. Here are some other options online.

Prepare cheeses. Slice cheeses and unwrap any cheeses such as brie.

Start in the center. I chose to place a round bowl of roasted pepper and artichoke dip.

    meats and cheeses on board

Build your board. Now that you have your focal point. Build your board around it with crackers, breads, cheeses, meats, candies, etc. Fill the board all the way to the edges.

Serve and enjoy. Add serving utensils, small plates and napkins next to the fall board for everyone to indulge.

    Helpful Tips and Variations

    • There is no wrong way to build a charcuterie board. You can customize it with whatever foods you’d like.
    • Change it up for different seasons.
    • Plan ahead by prepping your ingredients the night before for easy assembling the day of serving.
    • Use seasonal garnishes such as acorns or pumpkins.
