This Electric Lemonade drink is a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail, served in a fishbowl and perfect for a hot, sunny day.
Fishbowl drinks have become a summer favorite, whether you’re lounging at the beach, sipping at a bar, or soaking up the sun poolside.
And since my Island Fishbowl Drink has been such a hit, I decided to create a new version featuring Electric Lemonade.
If you haven’t tried Electric Lemonade before, it’s a delightful blend of sweet and sour flavors with a subtle hint of citrus. And don’t be intimidated by the fishbowl – it’s easier to enjoy than it looks! You can even share with a friend by grabbing two straws.
So, grab your beach chairs and get this party started!
Why You’ll Love Electric Lemonade Drink

- Refreshing
- Easy to make
- Great for backyard parties
- Perfect for sipping via poolside
What You Need
- Lemonade
- Lemonade vodka mini bottle
- Coconut rum mini bottle
- Blue Curacao
- Lemon slices
- Ice
- Fishbowl
Recipe Variations
- Make it a slushy by adding ingredients to a blender with some more ice and blending until slushy.
- Make it a virgin electric lemonade by omitting the alcohol and using blue Gatorade or blue Kool-aid in place of blue curacao.
- Make it by the pitcher by multiplying the amount of servings and ingredients to fill a pitcher.
- If you want a carbonated fizz drink you can add some lemon lime soda or use sparkling ice lemonade.
- If you don’t want to use the mini vodka and rum bottle you can just pour in 50ml of each one into the fish bowl.
How to Make an Electric Lemonade Fishbowl
- Fill a fishbowl with ice cubes.
- Add lemon slices on the inside of the fishbowl. Pour in lemonade and Blue Curaçao.
- Place the lemonade vodka and coconut rum mini bottles on top. The ice cubes will hold the bottles in place. Add a few fun straws and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
- Chill the mini alcohol bottles the night before to help keep the drink colder longer.
- Make the drink more beachy by adding a colorful paper umbrella.
