Escape to a tropical paradise with this Kenny’s Cooler recipe. This delicious cocktail boasts a stunning blue color and a medley of fruity flavors that will leave your taste buds singing.

If you’re looking for a refreshing summer cocktail, look no further than the Kenny’s Cooler recipe. This delicious drink is perfect for sipping on a hot day, with its light and fruity flavors. If you’re a fan of Texas Roadhouse, you may already know about this tasty beverage.

Whenever I visit Texas Roadhouse, I usually order the grilled shrimp with rice or the sirloin, along with their famous cactus blossom onion and rolls. But one of my favorite things to order is the Kenny’s Cooler.

If you haven’t tried it before, you’re in for a treat. And the good news is, you don’t have to go out to enjoy it. You can make a copycat version right in the comfort of your own home.

The recipe for Kenny’s Cooler was inspired by country music star Kenny Chesney, who founded the Blue Chair Bay Rum. The pretty blue color of this drink reminds me of the ocean, and the tropical flavors make it the perfect summertime beverage.

So why not mix up a batch of Kenny’s Cooler today? After all, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere!

    Why You’ll Love This Cocktail

    • Easy to make: With just a few simple ingredients and steps you can make this at home and impress your guests.
    • Delicious flavor: The combination of the coconut rum and the fruit juice flavors gives a fruity taste that will have you coming back for more.
    • Perfect for any occasion: Whether you’re hosting a backyard barbeque, lounging by the pool or winding down for the day, this is the go to beverage.

    What You Need

    • Coconut Rum: If you want the exact taste as Texas Roadhouse, use Blue Chair Bay coconut rum. If you don’t have that on hand, use any coconut rum brand.
    • Peach Schnapps: Can substitute for a peach vodka or peach extract if you’d like but it may alter the taste.
    • Blue Curacao: This is what gives the drink the pretty blue color and a hint of sweet orange flavor.
    • Sweet & Sour Mix: Any brand will work for this drink.
    • Lemonade: Minute Maid is a favorite that we use in our but can use any brand you’d like.
    • Cherry & Orange Slice: To garnish the cocktail.
    • Ice Cubes: Used to chill the cocktail.

    Recipe Variations

    • If you don’t like lemonade, you can swap for pineapple juice or another kind of fruit juice.
    • If you want to make a more, multiply the ingredients per serving in the recipe and serve by the pitcher.
    • For a frozen drink, add all ingredients to a blender and blend.

How to Make a Kenny’s Cooler

    1. Add ice cube to a cocktail shaker.
    2. Pour in coconut rum, peach schnapps, blue curacao, sweet & sour & lemonade.
    3. Add cap and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until well-chilled.
    4. Strain into a glass and garnish with a cherry & orange slice. Cheers!
