This rich, creamy Keto Chocolate Fudge will melt in your mouth and super easy to make with just three ingredients and no baking required!
Some may think that you miss out on all the delicious sweets when following the keto diet but that is not true. You can still have treats in moderation, swapping out for keto friendly ingredients and making sure it fits within your macros. When I get a sweet tooth craving I like to break off a small piece of this keto chocolate fudge and it does the trick.
What Kind of Chocolate can I Eat on Keto?
There are several kinds of chocolate you can eat while on keto but for this recipe, I used Lily’s baking chips because they have a great taste of smooth, creamy, milk chocolate. Plus, they are easy to melt and go great in keto recipes. If you are not a fan of Lily’s baking chips, you can try some other keto friendly baking chocolate such as Choc Zero or Lakanto baking chips. Ingredients
½ cup Lily’s baking chips
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup almond butter
How to Make Keto Chocolate Fudge
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Add in almond butter and coconut oil and repeat in microwave until completely melted. About 1 minute.
Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and pour fudge into the bottom. Let sit in the fridge or freezer for about 1-2 hours to cool completely and harden up.
Slice and serve immediately.

Yes, you can add nuts. Almonds, pecans, macadamia nuts, and walnuts are all lower in carbs. I would only use about 1 ounce of nuts.
