    Vanilla Fudge Ingredients & Substitutions

    • Chocolate chips: For this recipe use white chocolate chips found in the baking aisle.
    • Sweetened condensed milk: This helps give the fudge a sweet taste flavor with soft and creamy texture.
    • Vanilla: You can use either vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste. Use clear vanilla extract to keep it a white fudge.

    How to Make Vanilla Fudge

Line a standard loaf pan with foil or parchment paper, then lightly coat it with non-stick spray.

condensed milk and white chocolate chips in a bowl

In a large mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk.

    Helpful Tips and Variations

    • Be sure to line the pan because it will stick to the pan.
    • You can use a pastry brush to wipe down the sides of the pan to keep sugar crystals from forming.
    • Be sure to allow the fudge to cool completely for the 2-4 hours for it to properly set.
    • Add nuts to the fudge mixture such as pecans, walnuts, etc.
    • Change the color with food coloring for holidays and special occasions.
    • Add bits of Oreos for cookies and cream fudge.
    • Change up the flavor with different flavor extracts.
