Easy Eggnog Fudge
We make fudge every year as a holiday tradition and always looking for a new recipe. Eggnog is one of our favorite drinks to have at family gatherings so why not an Eggnog Fudge. If you love Eggnog and the sweet taste, you will love this recipe for Easy Eggnog Fudge. It’s a nice white color that is festive for a holiday platter.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Butter
- ¾ cup Eggnog
- 2 cup Sugar
- 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
- 7 oz Marshmallow Creme
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Line a 8×8 pan with foil, then butter foil.
- Combine butter, eggnog and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Cook until temperature reaches 234.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate until completely melted and incorporated.
- Stir in Marshmallow creme, vanilla and nutmeg until smooth.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Dust top with a little more nutmeg.
- Allow to cool before removing from pan and cutting.
