    Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

I’m all about a speedy dinner — and this one is truly super fast. I tend to have a few boxes of chicken broth in my pantry, plus onions, rotisserie chicken and egg noodles — it’s practically a dinner disaster kit!

How to Make Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

This recipe is so easy! Make it ahead and freeze, or just make a big pot when you feel like soup. The best part about making your own chicken noodle soup is that you can customize it – you choose the vegetables and seasonings to make it unique and delicious.

It is the perfect comfort during these cold winter months and comes together in no time at all.

    Recipe Tips and Variations

    • Can add more or different vegetables such as peas if desired.
    • Can use canned chicken or cook and shred chicken in a slow cooker.
    • If you can’t find Reames noodles you can use dry egg noodles.
    • Save on time and use a frozen vegetable mix.
