This recipe for Crock Pot Italian Chicken is one of the easiest meals ever. Basically all you need is chicken, Italian dressing, and a Crock Pot. Prepare this meal in minutes right before you head out the door and have it ready by the time you come home for the day. The whole family will enjoy this meal and will never know you only used 2 ingredients. 

For the Italian dressing I like to use Fit & Happy Italian dressing. It is keto friendly, sugar-free, and has MCT Oil in it. If there is another kind of keto friendly Italian dressing that you like you can use that or you can make your own. 

Crock Pot Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4-5 boneless chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • crock pot large enough for the chicken

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add chicken breasts to crock pot.
  2. Pour the entire bottle of Italian dressing over the chicken.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours (or until chicken is done).

Serve over cauliflower rice or add a side dish of salad or broccoli.  Scoop some Italian dressing leftover in crock pot and pour over chicken for more flavor.
