    These Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots are incredibly easy to make and perfect for a fun evening with friends.

    Whether you want to enjoy them as is or top them off with some whipped cream or fresh berries, these pudding shots are sure to please. Enjoy!

    What You’ll Need

    • Strawberry Gelatin – this will add the strawberry flavor and be the bottom layer.
    • Cheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding – this is what makes it creamy and taste like a dessert shot.
    • Water – used to dissolve the gelatin.
    • Vodka – use your favorite brand, flavored or unflavored.
    • Milk – 2% or whole milk can be used.
    • Fresh Strawberries – for garnish.

    How to Make Pudding Shots

    1. Boil water, dissolve strawberry gelatin and set aside to cool to room temperature.
    2. Add milk to cheesecake pudding and whisk till thickens.
    3. Stir ⅓ cup vodka in with pudding, mix until smooth and refrigerate to cool.
    4. Add ¼ cup vodka to strawberry gelatin and stir.
    5. Fill shot glasses halfway with strawberry gelatin mixture and refrigerate to set (about 2-4 hours).
    6. Once set, add pudding mixture on top.
    7. Add whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving. Enjoy!

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 ounce box Strawberry gelatin
    • ¾ cup of water
    • ¼ cup of Vodka
    • 3.4 oz size box Cheesecake flavored Gelatin Instant Pudding
    • 1 cup of Milk
    • ⅓ cup of Vodka
    • Fresh Strawberries for garnish

    Instructions
     

    • Bring water to a boil, add to a bowl with gelatin. Dissolve strawberry gelatin and set aside to cool to room temperature.
    • In a bowl, add milk to cheesecake flavored pudding and whisk till thickens.
    • Stir ⅓ cup vodka in with pudding, mix until smooth and refrigerate to cool.
    • Add ¼ cup vodka to strawberry gelatin and stir.
    • Place shot glasses on a tray.
    • Fill shot glasses halfway with strawberry gelatin mixture and refrigerate to set (about 2-4 hours).
    • Once set, add pudding mixture on top.
    • Add whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving. Enjoy!
