Every since I got the Ninja Foodi that is an Instant Pot and an Air Fryer, I’ve been using less and less of my other appliances to cook food. It seriously makes the food taste so much better and is healthier for you with easy clean up.
Since I’m cooking more of should I say letting the Ninja Foodi do the work, I’ve been experimenting with new recipes of all different kinds. I’ve been following the Keto diet since January and love chicken and pork rinds so why not combine the two. Have you tried my recipe for Air Fryer Fried Pickles? They are amazing so I knew this recipe for Keto Air Fryer Chicken Wings would turn out just as good. Test the recipe for yourself to see what I’m talking about. Keto Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- Fresh Chicken Wings
- 3-4 Large Eggs
- Bag of BBQ Pork Rinds
- Any of your favorite spices (optional)
Directions
Wash chicken and set aside.
Add bag of BBQ pork rinds to a food processor and process till there are crumbles.
Put BBQ pork rind crumbles in a medium size bowl.
Crack eggs and add them to a bowl and whisk together.
Make an assembly line of chicken wings, then egg wash, then pork rind crumbles.
Dip a chicken wing in egg wash, then dip in pork rind crumbles and add to air fryer.
Repeat process until you have a single layer of chicken wings filling the air fryer basket.
Cook at 390 degrees F for 20 minutes flipping them halfway.
Repeat process if you have more chicken wings to cook.
Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
