Flourless French Toast Sticks Ingredients
Serves 4
8 large eggs
½ cup butter plus extra for frying
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ cup sugar substitute (such as Lankanto or Monkfruit Sweetener)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Keto or sugar-free maple syrup
How to Make Flourless French Toast Sticks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl add butter and cream cheese and melt in microwave until melted.
In a blender, add the melted butter and cream cheese mixture along with eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sugar substitute. Blend until fully mixed together.
Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the loaf is set and top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool to touch. Cut loaf into slices.
Add butter to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
Fry both sides of french toast sticks until each side is a golden brown color.
Serve with your favorite keto or sugar-free maple syrup and top with fruit if desired.

I think the recipe is missing where and when to put the baking powder in but common sense told me all together into the blender. Great recipe and will make this again soon! I appreciate the no almond flour or coconut flour.
