These Double Chocolate Blended Baked Oats have double the amount of chocolate in them and is like having cake for breakfast. So yummy and easy to make!

    Double Chocolate Blended Baked Oats

Everyone loved my last Tiktok Viral Baked Oats recipe so I thought I would make another popular dessert for breakfast. It’s so good with double the amount of chocolate for a delicious taste. Baked Oats recipe is super popular right now and here is our version of Double Chocolate Baked Oats.

How to Make Double Chocolate Blended Baked Oats

I made 2 servings using chocolate chips, cocoa powder, rolled oats, milk, egg, baking powder, salt, sugar and a banana. If you want to make a single serving you can cut the recipe in half. It’s so good you may not want to share! Enjoy!!

    Recipe Tips

    • Use a powerful blender to make sure everything get blended together. I used my personal Ninja blender for this recipe but you can use any powerful blender.
    • You can omit the egg in this recipe but it won’t be as fluffy if you do.
    • Don’t use steel cut oat! If you don’t have rolled oats you can substitute for quick oats or oats flour.
    • Any milk will work in this recipe.
    • Need more servings? Double or triple this recipe for more servings.
    • Cover and store any remaining leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave.

    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp sugar
    Chocolate chips

How to Make Double Chocolate Baked Oats

I did it without the cocoa powder and added a splash of vanilla. I also cut the sugar and gave it a drizzle of maple syrup after baking instead. Was delicious.

Mine never got firm. Even with extra 20 minutes cooking.

It could be the dish you are cooking it in. Maybe too deep or too big?
