These zero sugar alcoholic ice pops will definitely be a hit this summer and help cool you down on a hot day. I like to make a bunch up ahead of time to keep on hand when I want a treat while lounging in the pool or hanging around the fire pit. They make happy hour at home more fun whether you’re by yourself or with some friends!

What You Need

Boozy Freeze Pop Recipes

The main ingredients in these vodka popsicles are Sparkling Ice Zero Sugar, vodka or rum. I used the Sparkling Ice Zero Sugar 12 Count found at Walmart with the flavors Black Raspberry, Cherry Limeade, Orange Mango, Kiwi Strawberry. They also carry it with the flavors Black Cherry, Peach Nectarine, Coconut Pineapple, and Pink Grapefruit. Each recipe makes 5 freezer pops for adults that is under 60 calories and zero carbs. Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups Sparkling Ice Zero Sugar Kiwi Strawberry
1 tbsp strawberry watermelon skinny syrup
1/2 cup vodka

1 1/2 cups Sparkling Ice Zero Sugar Orange Mango
1/2 cup vodka
2 tbsp orange pineapple flavor water enhancer

Black Raspberry Vanilla

1 1/2 cups black raspberry sparkling ice
1/2 cup coconut rum
1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make Boozy Freeze Pops

Choose a recipe from above. Add all the ingredients with correct measurements from the recipe into a glass measuring cup and mix well.

Label the freeze pops before you add the mixtures as it makes it easier to do on a flat surface.

Use a funnel and pour the boozy mixture into the freeze pop sleeve to the fill line. Seal tightly and securely.

Place finished freeze pop sleeves in freezer overnight to enjoy the next day.

Cherry Limeade

  • 1/2 cup Vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups Sparkling Ice Zero Sugar Cherry Limeade
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
