These Beef and Cheddar Sliders tastes just like Arby’s but in mini, slider form. It’s an easy homemade version for when that fast food craving hits but you’d rather stay in.

My family asks for fast food more times than I can count. Instead of always grabbing takeout, I love having “fast food night” at home and recreating copycat recipes. I’ve made everything from a Taco Bell Quesarito to a KFC Famous Bowl, and they’ve all become family favorites that get requested again and again. But this famous roast beef sandwich has been the most-loved so far.

I’ve even mastered the Arby’s sauce that pairs perfectly with it. The combination of tender roast beef, creamy cheddar and tangy Arby’s sauce is worth every bite. To complete the full fast food experience, I like to serve these with Arby’s curly fries from the frozen section of the grocery store.
