  • 1 lb. thin roast beef slices
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp dried onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Arby's sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half into a greased 9X13 baking dish.
  • Spread the cheese sauce evenly on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer the roast beef on top, then drizzle with Arby's sauce.
  • Place top half of the rolls over the beef.
  • Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, then stir in the poppy seeds and dried onions.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until warmth through and lightly golden.
  • Serve warm with seasoned curly fries and extra Arby's sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use thinly sliced deli roast beef for the most authentic texture.
  • Warm the meat low and slow so it doesn't dry out.
  • Toasting the buns adds extra flavor and helps keep them from getting soggy.
  • Make extra Arby's sauce for dipping.
