Celebrate taco night with a build your own Taco Board filled with all your favorite taco fillings on an oversized board that will WOW a crowd!
Whether you’re celebrating Taco Tuesday or Cinco de Mayo this Taco Board tutorial is for you! I don’t think there is a week where we skip taco night, it’s literally the highlight of our week. We like to switch it up from week to week and sometimes make enchiladas or a taco bake if were in the mood for something different but still Mexican cuisine.
This taco charcuterie board is perfect for entertaining at home or if you want to lay everything for the family like a diy taco bar. Before you get started in making your taco platter, you’ll need a charcuterie board to put everything on. I found this oversized round board online that’s inexpensive. If you want a different size or shape there are lots of other charcuterie boards to choose from in various styles and sizes.

How to Make a Taco Board
PREPARE TOPPINGS: Chop or slice the red onions, tomatoes, lettuce, avocados, jalapenos, and cilantro. Place in small dishes to serve on board.
BOARD: You’ll need a large board; it can be round, oval, rectangular, or square. Place all ingredients for Tacos, beans, shells and guacamole on the board. See photos for how I placed them. Set out and let everyone build their own tacos!
NOTE: If you’re serving a large amount of people, you’ll probably need more than 1 board or a larger board. You can simply double all the ingredients above and build 2 boards to serve at dinner, with 1 board at each end of the table. It will make a beautiful setting. Enjoy!
