This recipe for Ranch Pork Chops and Rice is creamy, delicious and a meal the whole family will love! All you need is a few ingredients to make and dinner is done in less than 30 minutes!
This is an easy fuss-free meal we like to make over and over because it’s so filling and a family favorite. We usually serve it with ranch rice but you can serve it with mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, pasta, steam vegetables or any kind of side you like.
Recipe Tips & Variations
- Can use cream of chicken soup if you don’t have any on hand or don’t like cream of mushroom soup.
- Can swap out pork chops for boneless chicken in the recipe.
- Make sure to season the pork chops with either salt and pepper or another seasoning before cooking for the best flavor.
- Don’t overcook the pork chops. For the best juicy pork chops make sure to sear on both sides and use a meat thermometer to make sure internal temp is 145 F.
Can you Cook Ranch Pork Chops in the Slow Cooker?
Yes, you can cook the Ranch Pork Chops in a slow cooker. To do so add all the all of the ingredients (minus the oil) in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
Ranch Pork Chops Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, ¾″ thick
½ cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ packet ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp oil for skillet
How to Make Ranch Pork Chops
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and add to heated skillet. Cook until brown on both sides.
Add cream of mushroom soup, milk and ½ packet of ranch seasoning packet to the skillet with pork chops. Heat to boil and cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until done at 145 F internal temp.
Serve with ranch style rice (see directions below), rolls or any other kind of side you want.
How to Make Ranch Rice
Make the rice per package directions but add the remaining ½ ranch seasoning packet to the water when you boil it for the rice. When finished cooking flake with a fork and serve with ranch pork chops.

I like to use the carb balance Mission tortillas but if you are on strict keto you may want to make your own with almond flour. My favorite keto friendly spaghetti sauce is Rao’s pasta sauce.
