ranch pork chops

This is an easy fuss-free meal we like to make over and over because it’s so filling and a family favorite. We usually serve it with ranch rice but you can serve it with mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, pasta, steam vegetables or any kind of side you like.

Recipe Tips & Variations

  • Can use cream of chicken soup if you don’t have any on hand or don’t like cream of mushroom soup.
  • Can swap out pork chops for boneless chicken in the recipe.
  • Make sure to season the pork chops with either salt and pepper or another seasoning before cooking for the best flavor.
  • Don’t overcook the pork chops. For the best juicy pork chops make sure to sear on both sides and use a meat thermometer to make sure internal temp is 145 F.

I like to use the carb balance Mission tortillas but if you are on strict keto you may want to make your own with almond flour. My favorite keto friendly spaghetti sauce is Rao’s pasta sauce.
