Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops ¾" thick
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil for skillet

Instructions

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and add to heated skillet. Cook until brown on both sides.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup, milk and ½ packet of ranch seasoning packet to the skillet with pork chops. Heat to boil and cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until done at 145 F internal temp. 
  • Serve with ranch style rice (see directions below), rolls or any other kind of side you want.

  • How to Make Ranch Rice
  • Make the rice per package directions but add the remaining ½ ranch seasoning packet to the water when you boil it for the rice. When finished cooking flake with a fork and serve with ranch pork chops.
