Ninja Foodi Keto Korean Pork Sticky Ribs

For this recipe I used the Ninja Foodi air fryer but if you don’t have one you could also use an Instant Pot 7-in-1 Multi-Functional 6 Quart Pressure Cooker. Using one of these appliances will cut down the cook time and have dinner on the table much faster.

I also used Lakanto Sweetener Golden, which is keto friendly. If you’re wanting to try the Lakanto Sweetener Golden or any other Lakanto products visit them here and enter the promo code KETO at checkout for a discount.

Add 1/2 cup of water to Ninja Foodi or Pressure Cooker. Cut the ribs into thirds and place ribs vertically. Cook on pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl add sauce ingredients and whisk together. When the ribs are done allow 5 minutes of cooling and then release the pressure valve.

Remove ribs and apply sauce with brush to bottom of ribs first, place in a glass casserole dish and then brush with sauce on the top and sides. Place oven rack 2nd from the top and broil on high for 3-5 minutes on each side.

Remove ribs from oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Note: The sauce can be reduced in a pan for a thicker sauce if preferred.
