No grill needed for these Keto Korean Pork Sticky Ribs as they are finger licking good and ready to eat in less than 60 minutes!
For this recipe I used the Ninja Foodi air fryer but if you don’t have one you could also use an Instant Pot 7-in-1 Multi-Functional 6 Quart Pressure Cooker. Using one of these appliances will cut down the cook time and have dinner on the table much faster.

Keto Korean Pork Sticky Ribs
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients
1 rack of ribs
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Dry Rub Ingredients
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp black pepper
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp white pepper
Sauce Ingredients
¼ cup liquid aminos (could use soy sauce for low carb)
¼ cup Lakanto Sweetener Golden
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Truelemon Crystallized orange ginger seasoning
Directions
Wash the ribs and remove the membrane off the back of them and pat dry with a paper towel. In a bowl add dry rub ingredients, mix together and rub it on both sides of the meat.
Add ½ cup of water to Ninja Foodi or Pressure Cooker. Cut the ribs into thirds and place ribs vertically. Cook on pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl add sauce ingredients and whisk together. When the ribs are done allow 5 minutes of cooling and then release the pressure valve.
Remove ribs and apply sauce with brush to bottom of ribs first, place in a glass casserole dish and then brush with sauce on the top and sides. Place oven rack 2nd from the top and broil on high for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Remove ribs from oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Note: The sauce can be reduced in a pan for a thicker sauce if preferred.
