This isn’t your average chili recipe, it’s keto friendly meaning there are no beans. My husband played around with flavors and seasonings to get this right and good for the ketogenic diet. You can always change it up a bit to how you like it such as making it more spicy or less spicy along with different seasonings. This keto chili recipe was a hit with our family and are even great for keto chili dogs.
You can top this chili off with some shredded cheese and even make some pita or cheese chips to dip the chili in. This recipe was created on the stovetop but you could also make it in a crock pot or an instant pot if you’re in a pinch. However you make it, it’s the perfect comfort dish to make.

Can you freeze chili?
Yes, you can freeze it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 months. Make sure you don’t leave the chili out for more than 2 hours at a time cause it can grow bacteria. To reheat from frozen, thaw out for an hour in the fridge. Put it in a pot over medium heat and cover. Once it boils turn temperature down and serve immediately.
