Keto Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 80/20 beef
  • 2 16 oz cans Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz tomato paste
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ large onion diced
  • 1 tsp Cayenne powder optional

Instructions

Stovetop Directions

  • In a skillet on medium heat brown meat. Once meat is browned, drain meat.
  • Chop the onion into fine pieces. Then add onions in with the meat and cook until the onions are soft.
  • Transfer the skillet mixture to a large pot and put on medium heat. 
  • Chop the roma tomatoes into pieces and add the roma tomatoes and add the diced tomatoes.
  • Add 1 cup water and add tomato paste.
  • Cook on low for one hour on stove until thickened.

Crockpot Directions

  • Chop the onion and roma tomatoes.
  • Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Instant Pot Directions

  • Chop the onion and roma tomatoes.
  • Combine all ingredients in an Instant Pot and cook for 10 minutes on high pressure.
