These Buffalo Chicken Sliders feature your favorite dip on a bite size sandwich. These sliders are great for game day parties, outdoor cookouts, appetizer or meal!
My family can never get enough of Hawaiian roll sliders. We’ve put numerous food items on them from ham and cheese to Thanksgiving leftovers and eat as sandwiches.
Whenever I am in a pinch of what to make I turn to sliders. They are so easy to make and you can basically put anything on them. Pair them with a side for dinner or serve as a appetizer on game days.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders Ingredients & Substitutions
- Rolls: I used Hawaiian rolls for the sweetness but you can use any kind of rolls or sliders.
- Chicken: Already shredded rotisserie chicken makes this recipe easy but you can shred it yourself or also use canned chunk chicken.
- Cream cheese: Soften cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Hot sauce: I use Frank’s red hot sauce but you can use any brand or your favorite hot sauce.
- Ranch seasoning: I prefer the dry ranch seasoning but you could also use ranch dressing.
- Cheese: Any kind of shredded cheese will work for this recipe. I used a Mexican blend.
- Butter: Melted butter will get the tops nice and golden brown. You can use salted or unsalted.
- Italian seasoning: This is optional to add a little extra flavor to the tops of the rolls and makes them look pretty.
