Buffalo Chicken Sliders

- 24 count Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz. block Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- ½ packet Ranch seasoning
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning. Mix together until combined.
Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place in a baking dish.
On bottom rolls add buffalo chicken mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese over top and place top buns on top.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush over top of buns and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Place leftovers in an airtight container. Store in fridge and consume within 2 days. Reheat to desired temperature in microwave or oven at 350 degrees.
To freeze, place chicken mixture in a freezer safe airtight container and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in fridge overnight.
