Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders feature your favorite dip on a bite size sandwich. These sliders are great for game day parties, outdoor cookouts, appetizer or meal!

Ingredients

  • 24 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz. block Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ packet Ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning. Mix together until combined.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place in a baking dish.
  • On bottom rolls add buffalo chicken mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese over top and place top buns on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush over top of buns and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Notes

Place leftovers in an airtight container. Store in fridge and consume within 2 days. Reheat to desired temperature in microwave or oven at 350 degrees.
To freeze, place chicken mixture in a freezer safe airtight container and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in fridge overnight.
