These White Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies are the best holiday cookies that are soft, chewy and great to dunk in a glass of warm milk!

    White Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies

I can never get enough Christmas cookies this time of year. It’s one of the many things I enjoy along with all the other holiday traditions. These cookies have a little bit of twist to them as they are made with white chocolate chips, peppermint extract and crushed candy canes for minty taste that goes so well with the white chocolate.

    Tips for the Best Cookies

    • If you feel like it’s too much peppermint in the cookies you can take out the peppermint extract and just use the crushed peppermint candies.
    • Make sure the butter is softened and not melted otherwise your cookies will be too thin.
    • Make sure to measure the flour correctly. This is a common cookie fail when flour is measured incorrectly and prevents the cookies from spreading. Spoon and level it rather than packing it in.
    • Crush candy canes in a sealed plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin.
