Shark Week is my favorite week on the Discovery Channel. My eyes are glued to the TV screen all week learning about sharks. They are fascinating animals and when you watch one jump out of the water to eat is the coolest. We’re celebrating shark week with these shark bite pudding filled cupcakes that look like blood when you bite into them.
Don’t worry, it’s not actual blood. In fact, they’re actually yummy with the extra flavor the vanilla pudding brings. Plus, it is a bit of surprise when guests bite into one and not knowing what to expect. The reactions on their face are priceless so you may want to get your camera ready before they bite into one.
