    mocha swirl fat bombs

A treat every now and then is okay to have when following a keto diet as long as it’s keto friendly and fits in your macros. Fat Bombs are a great way to curb a sweet tooth craving and very low in carbs per serving. You can make a batch of them up within minutes and enjoy as soon as they freeze.

Once they are frozen, you can take them out and enjoy in moderation. I like to keep a batch in an airtight container in the freeze at all times for those emergency cravings. I would recommend keep them in the freezer because they do tend to thaw out very quickly and will melt. Enjoy!

Remove from freezer and roll gently in cocoa powder. Serve or store in fridge or freezer in covered container.
